Hank comments on the article “Man vs. God” from the Wall Street Journal. He mentions that James Watson, Nobel Prize Winner, co-discoverer of the structure of DNA, once stated, “Charles Darwin will eventually be seen as a far more significant figure in the history of human thought than either Jesus Christ or Mohammad.” Hank further comments on quotes from Richard Dawkins and Karen Armstrong cited in “Man vs. God.” Yet, the favorable statements about Darwinian Evolution in Man vs. God comes in an age of scientific enlightenment when the evidence from fossils says no to evolution, when ape men fiction, fantasies, and frauds abound, when the notion of design without a designer is evermore untenable, when empirical science explodes the myth of Darwinian Evolution. We are in a battle, and believers need to be equipped to give an answer with gentleness and respect. Moreover, science is not the child of secularism, and science could only have developed within a Christian worldview (0:39)
