Hank reflects on the Lord’s revelation to the apostle Peter and the Gentile Cornelius, and the subsequent spread of the gospel to Gentiles, in Acts. Cornelius demonstrated his love for God through his prayers and almsgiving. Though he did not know the truth fully until Peter came and explained the truth more fully, Cornelius served the Lord; and because he served the Lord, God revealed Himself more to him. God reveals Himself to those who genuinely seek after Him—whether through creation, conscience, or the message Peter gave of the Lord Jesus Christ and His sacrifice.

God does not show favoritism. It’s not about your genealogy or gender, or station in life, if you genuinely seek after God, He will reveal Himself.
