Hank Hanegraaff, is told that the caller was recently diagnosed with cancer and that she had a falling out with a friend before that. Once she received her diagnosis she attempted to forgive said friend but was met with disdain. She of course is frustrated that her friend is so dismissive, and wonders whether or not she has truly forgiven her friend if she feels this way.
Hank says that her willingness to forgive is truly moral, and virtuous and she has done everything she can for her friend.
